(a)
The
minimum standards for fixed base operators, commercial operators and
airport tenants at the Hillsboro Municipal Airport, Hillsboro, Texas,
revised January 2008 are adopted as the official minimum standards
for such purpose, and are on file in the office of the city secretary.
(b)
These
rules and regulations are hereby adopted as the official rules and
regulations for operation and use of the Hillsboro Municipal Airport.
(c)
Any
person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms
of this article shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and
upon conviction (as defined as the final judgment on a verdict or
finding of guilty, a plea of guilty, or a plea of nolo contendere)
in the municipal court shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five
hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
