Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following words and phrases shall be construed throughout this Part to have the meanings herein indicated:
LICENSEThe permit granted to a person who establishes and/or operates a trailer park.
PERSONIncludes individuals, partnerships, corporation, owners, lessees, licensees and agents of each of them.
TRAILER LOTA unit of local, adequately drained ground of definite size, clearly indicated by corner markers, for the placing of one trailer in a trailer park.
TRAILER PARK or MOBILE HOME PARKAny site, lot, field, or tract of ground upon which three or more mobile homes are placed, and shall include any building, structure, tent, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the equipment of such park. "Trailer Park" shall not include automobile or trailer sales lots on which unoccupied trailers are parked for purposes of inspection and sale.
TRAILER, MOBILE HOME, AUTOMOBILE TRAILER, TRAILER COACHAny vehicle or structure so designed and constructed in a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade, and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways or city streets, propelled or drawn by its own or other motive power (regardless of whether wheels, rollers, or skids are attached or unattached), excepting a device used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
