(a)
Permit
holders shall notify the chief of police of any and all personnel
changes for those persons who will operate the wrecker vehicles or
dispatch the wrecker vehicles within ten (10) calendar days of such
personnel changes and additional drivers must first be approved by
the chief of police prior to operating any wrecker in the City of
Hillsboro city limits.
(b)
No
wrecker company shall charge more than those rates stated in the application
for a permit.
(c)
The
permit holder shall notify the chief of police of any change in ownership
of the wrecker service or any change in the number of wreckers, location
of a storage facility or other material change in the information
provided on the application. Notice shall be within ten (10) calendar
days of such change.
(d)
Any
person who violates a provision of this article is guilty of a separate
offense for each incident where a violation is committed, continued
or permitted. Each offense upon conviction is punishable by a fine
in accordance with the general penalty provision set forth in Section
1.109 of this code.
