There shall be created a Department of Multi-Purpose Events Center, which shall be under the supervision of an executive director. Such director shall be appointed by the city manager.
The director shall have supervision of the convention and visitor’s bureau and of the rental and management of the Memorial Auditorium, Ray Climer Exhibit Hall, Bridwell Agricultural Center, and Kay Yeager Coliseum.
