§ 50-1 Tampering with, use of or disturbing fire hydrants. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper with, use, disturb, or draw or take any water from any public fire hydrant in the city.(b) This section shall not apply to the city Fire Department.(1966 Code, sec. 15-4; 2001 Code, sec. 50-1)
