The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Lake.
All waters of the stream and its tributaries impounded by the dam across the stream and owned or controlled by the city.
Water intake station.
The points on the lake where the city collects lake water for the municipal supply.

In the interest of the public safety and to protect the public water system from damage or contamination, the following described acts are declared unlawful:
(1) 
Any unauthorized access onto, or damage to, any elevated, ground, or underground water storage tank.
(2) 
Any unauthorized entry into, or damage to, a fenced or housed facility belonging to the Department of Public Works or to any public utility area specifically marked to deny uncontrolled entry or use.
(3) 
All recreational activities and trespassing are prohibited within 200 feet of any water intake station.
