Editor's note–Printed herein are the subdivision and development regulations of the city, as adopted by Ordinance 29-2024 adopted 8/6/2024, previously adopted by Ordinance 01-2024 adopted 1/16/2024. Due to the nature of the subdivision and development regulations and the technicalities involved in adopting or amending it, such ordinance is printed herein as enacted, with only nonsubstantive formatting and style changes. Capitalization, punctuation and numbering of chapters, sections and subsections have been retained as enacted.
