Pursuant to § 6.78, Wis. Stats., polls at any election in the Town of Brooklyn shall be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

This article shall take effect upon publication in the Green Lake Reporter and shall affect all elections held thereafter in the Town, unless otherwise provided by action of the Town Board.
In addition to publication of this article as hereinabove provided, notice of change of hours shall be given by publication in the Green Lake Reporter, under Chapter 985, Wis. Stats., once each week for two successive weeks with the first insertion not less than eight days before the first election to be held after the adoption of this article.
All existing Town ordinances, parts of ordinances, and amendments thereto in conflict with any of the provisions of this article are hereby repealed.
If any section, clause, provision or a portion of this article is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
