Pursuant to the authority granted by § 60.21(1), Wis. Stats., the Town Board does hereby increase the number of Supervisors to five.

Passage of this article does not create a vacancy on the Town Board prior to the Spring 2009 election.
The Supervisors shall be elected in the following manner:
A.
In the Spring 2009 election, the Chairperson candidate and the first two Supervisor candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall serve two-year terms.
B.
The next two Supervisor candidates receiving the highest number of votes shall serve one-year terms.
C.
Subsequent elections shall be for two-year terms.
