The Town Board of the Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, has adopted written procedures designed to foster public participation in every stage of the preparation of a comprehensive plan as required by § 66.1001(4)(a), Wis. Stats.
The Plan Commission of the Town of Brooklyn, by a majority vote of the entire Commission recorded in its official minutes, has adopted a resolution recommending to the Town Board the adoption of the document entitled "Comprehensive Master Plan of the Town of Brooklyn," containing all of the elements specified in § 66.1001(2), Wis. Stats.
The Town Board of the Town of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, does, by enactment of this chapter, formally adopt the document entitled "Comprehensive Master Plan of the Town of Brooklyn," pursuant to § 66.1001(4)(c), Wis. Stats.
This chapter shall take effect upon passage by a majority vote of the members-elect of the Town Board and publication in the Green Lake Reporter and posting in three public places in the Town of Brooklyn as required by law.

A. 
Pursuant to the authority granted by § 66.1001, Wis. Stats., the Town Board does hereby amend the Town Comprehensive Plan to make the changes set forth on the attached Exhibit A.
B. 
The Clerk shall send the ordinance and attached Exhibit A to the County Clerk, the clerks of all adjacent towns and cities, the Wisconsin Land Council, the State Department of Administration, the public library that serves the Town and any regional plan commission that the Town may be in.
