Each member of the Board of Adjustment shall be appointed for
a term of two years, except that three regular members and two alternate
members appointed initially shall be appointed for terms of only one
year. Board members shall thereafter be appointed to serve two-year
terms. The term of office of members of the Board of Adjustment shall
commence on the first day of January.
