The city shall conduct elections in accordance with Chapter 52 of the Texas Election Code and all other applicable state law.

The city may contract with Travis and/or Williamson Counties for the provision of election services.

(A) 
The city’s election precincts may be designated and established as determined by the city in consultation with the appropriate county.
(B) 
The polling places for elections shall be at the locations established by the city in consultation with the appropriate county.
