The 2018 International Building Code and any amendment thereto is hereby adopted for and by the city as its building code, specifically including only those appendices and as schedules set forth below and with the following exceptions, deletions or amendments:
(1) Exceptions, deletions, or amendments:
(A) Section 105.2: Items 1 and 2 deleted in their entirety. (1, Accessory Structures; 2, Fences.)
(B) Section 113: Section 113 is deleted in its entirety. (Board of Appeals.)
(C) Section 101.4.6: Delete in its entirety. (International Energy Conservation Code.)
(2) Adopt the following appendices:
(A) Appendix
C, Group U - Agricultural Buildings.
(B) Appendix
D, Fire Districts.
(C) Appendix E, Supplementary Accessibility Requirements.
(D) Appendix F, Rodent Proofing.
(E) Appendix G, Flood Resistant Construction.
(F) Appendix H, Signs, amended as follows: Section H101.2, item 1, Deleted in its entirety.
(G) Appendix I, Patio Covers.
(H) Appendix K, Administrative Provisions.
