Right-of-way permit fee for network.
A permit fee of $150.00 is required to be paid for any work done in city-owned rights-of-way. The ROW permit fee does not apply to the city’s existing utility franchisees or to entities exempt by law from payment of a right-of-way work permit fee (including their contractors).
(2) 
Right-of-way application fee for network providers.
$175.00 for up to 5 network nodes plus $75.00 for each additional node.

Rates for network providers.

Public right-of-way rate.
An annual rate of $250.00 multiplied by the network nodes in ROW.

Annual adjustment to public right-of-way rate.
