A restricted zone of 200 feet in radius from and around the
city’s raw water intake works is hereby established, and all
recreational activities and trespassing are prohibited. Adequate signage
will be erected and maintained clearly declaring the existence of
the restricted zone. All trespass, for any reason, is expressly forbidden,
and violators will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
