(a)
There is hereby created the office of the city secretary, who shall perform all duties prescribed for city secretaries generally and in addition, those imposed by the city council or city administrator. The city secretary shall be appointed by, and shall serve at the direction of the city administrator.
(b)
The city secretary is hereby designated as the official custodian of all records of the City of Sundown.
