The City of Sundown hereby elects to participate in a program of the tax abatement as authorized by the Property and Redevelopment and Tax Abatement Act.
The property within the city limits of the City of Sundown shown on the map on file in the office of the city secretary, and incorporated herein and made a part hereof is designated as a reinvestment zone.
