A.
On the following bridges and streets or parts of streets, by authority granted by Section 4902(a) of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code,[1] it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive any vehicle or combination having a gross weight in excess of the maximum prescribed weight for that bridge or street or part of street, said maximum weight to be determined and published by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

B.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted under Section 4902(a) and Section 4902(g)(1) of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code,[2] and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds, or parts thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the maximum allowable weight, and costs.
