(a)
Smoking is prohibited in the offices of city hall, the D. Brown Library buildings, and in all other city-owned buildings and facilities and within twenty-five (25) feet of any entrance to any building or facility owned or managed by the city.
(b)
The prohibition on smoking set forth and established within this section shall apply to all external patios, covered porches, outside dining areas and picnic tables regardless of whether such areas are more than twenty-five (25) feet from any entrance to any city-owned building.
