There is hereby established a service area for roadway facilities, constituting all land within the corporate boundaries of the town, as depicted in the study.

The boundaries of the roadway service area may be amended from time to time, or new roadway service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in section 9.03.004.

§ 9.03.122 Impact fee capital improvements plan for roadway facilities.

(a)

The impact fee capital improvements plan for roadway facilities for the town included in the study is hereby adopted.

(b)

The impact fee capital improvements plan for roadway facilities may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures in section 9.03.004.

§ 9.03.123 Impact fees for roadway facilities.

(a)

The maximum impact fees per service unit for roadway facilities are hereby adopted and incorporated in schedule 1 on file in the office of the town secretary.

(b)

The impact fees per service unit for roadway facilities, which are to be paid by each new development, are hereby adopted and incorporated in schedule 2 on file in the office of the town secretary.

(c)

The impact fees per service unit for roadway facilities may be amended from time to time.
