(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person or any owner of the following types of vehicles to leave, park, or stand any truck tractor, over-the-road tractor, trailer, semi-trailer, or any commercial vehicle, recreational vehicle, i.e., motor home, camp trailer, boat or boat trailer, as follows:
(1) 
Upon any public easement, road easement, alley, alley easement, road right-of-way or road shoulder within the town limits.
(A) 
Sunnyvale Estates.
(i) 
The entire length of Manhattan Boulevard, Mansfield Boulevard, Harris Drive, Magic Lane, Manor Way, Mesa Drive, and Molina Drive.
(ii) 
That portion of Jobson Road situated from and between Tripp Road to Mansfield Boulevard.
(iii) 
That portion of Tripp Road situated from and between Jobson Road to Manhattan Boulevard.
(B) 
Dal-View Addition.
(i) 
The entire length of Greenway Lane, Sunview Drive, and Youngblood Street.
(ii) 
That portion of Belt Line Road situated from and between Sunview Drive to Barnes Bridge Road.
(iii) 
That portion of Barnes Bridge Road situated from and between Belt Line Road to Youngblood Street.
(C) 
East Fork Estates.
The entire length of Pecan Creek Drive.
(D) 
Hide-A-Way Homes Addition.
The entire length of Alton Street.
(E) 
Duckworth Square.
(i) 
That portion of Polly Road situated from and between Town East Boulevard to East Fork Road.
(ii) 
That portion of East Fork Road situated from and between Town East Boulevard to Polly Road.
(iii)

(b) 
Further, this section shall not prevent the parking or standing of tradesmen's vehicles at any address where a service call is being made or work is being done to the premises.
(c) 
Notwithstanding subsection (b) of this article, no person shall:
(1) 
Stop, stand, or park any vehicle with a rated capacity of three-quarters ton or more, or with more than four wheels, or any truck, truck-tractor, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, or any combination thereof, on any street 24 hours, 7 days per week.
(2) 
Cause, suffer, allow, or permit the primary propulsion engine of a motor vehicle to idle for more than five consecutive minutes when the motor vehicle is not in motion.

It shall be unlawful for any person or owner of any motor vehicle to leave, park or stand in any location as follows.
(1) 
Along the southern portion of Chaparral Drive between the block address 200 through 215.
(2) 
Along the northern portion of Chaparral Drive between the address of 300 through 324.
(3) 
Along the northern portion of Raintree Drive between the address of 200 through 216.
(4) 
Along the southern portion of Sweetgum Lane between the address of 307 through 323.

(a) 
Definitions.
In this section:
Disabled parking placard.
The placard issued by the state under section 681.002 of the Texas Transportation Code.
Disabled person.
A person who has a permanent or temporary disability, within the meaning of section 681.001 of the Texas Transportation Code, and who has applied for and received:
(1) 
A disabled person or disabled veteran license plate from the state;
(2) 
A disabled parking placard from the state; or
(3) 
A license plate or placard bearing the international symbol of access issued by a state of the United States or by a state or province of a foreign country.
Disabled person license plate.
The specially designed vehicle license plate issued by the state to a disabled person under section 504.201 of the Texas Transportation Code.
Disabled veteran license plate.
The specially designed vehicle license plate issued by the state to a disabled veteran under section 504.202 of the Texas Transportation Code.
International symbol of access.
The meaning provided in section 681.001 of the Texas Transportation Code.
A reference to a state statute or code provision in this section refers to the statute or provision as it may be amended from time to time, and to a successor statute or provision.
(b) 
Offenses.
Violations of disabled parking regulations on public or private property are governed by, and may be enforced under, chapter 681 of the Texas Transportation Code.
(c) 
Voluntary designation of parking spaces or areas on private property.
(1) 
A person who owns or controls private property used for parking may designate one or more parking spaces or parking areas for the exclusive use of vehicles transporting a disabled person, in accordance with section 681.009 of the Texas Transportation Code.
(2) 
The offenses provided in section 681.011 of the Texas Transportation Code apply to violations of disabled parking regulations occurring in a parking space or area designated for disabled persons under subsection (1) when the space or area is identified in accordance with the standards adopted by the state department of licensing and regulation and described in section 681.009(b) of the Texas Transportation Code.
