No person shall keep or permit the keeping of hogs, swine or
pigs on premises owned or controlled by him/her within the City; except
one (1) exotic pig may be kept as a house-hold pet indoors, so long
as such pig does not create a nuisance or health hazard to the neighborhood.

No person shall keep livestock: cow, bull, jack, horse, goat,
or sheep in an outdoor enclosure or pasture unless the property is
zoned for agricultural use.

No person shall keep chickens or other domestic fowl in any pen which does not meet the guidelines specified in Section
205.210 of this Chapter.

Any person, firm or corporation violating Article
III of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Any person, firm or corporation deemed guilty of violation of Article
III of this Chapter for a second time or more shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or up to ninety (90) days confinement in the Stone County Jail.
