The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 edition, as promulgated by the International Code Council Inc., and all subsequently published annual revisions issued, [is hereby adopted] except for the following, which shall amend and change said code only to the extent referenced:
(1) 
Section C101.1 "Title." Insert "The City of Nolanville."
(2) 
Section R109 "Means of appeals." Replace the text with the following: "See Section 113 of the International Building Code."

To the full extent allowed by law, the provisions of section 3.02.001 of this article ("permits and inspections") shall apply. All fees will be calculated in accordance with the fee schedule set by city council during the annual budget process or by minute entry.

After conviction for any violation of the code hereby adopted, the applicable penalties shall be those provided in section 3.02.002 of this article.
