The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 edition,
as promulgated by the International Code Council Inc., and all subsequently
published annual revisions issued, is hereby adopted except for the
following, which shall amend and change said code only to the extent
referenced:

C101.1 “Title.” Insert “The City of Nolanville.”

103 “Department of building safety.” Delete this section.
(3)
Section
C104.6 “Reinspection and testing.” Amend to read: “Where
any work or installation does not pass an inspection, the necessary
corrections shall be made so as to achieve compliance with this code.
The work or installation shall then be resubmitted to the code official
for reinspection. A fee shall be paid to the city for each reinspection.”

To the full extent allowed by law, the provisions of section 3.02.001 of this article (“permits and inspections”) shall apply. All fees will be calculated in accordance with the fee schedule set by city council during the annual budget process or by minute entry.
After conviction for any violation of the code hereby adopted, the applicable penalties shall be those provided in section 3.02.002 of this article.
