Each Supervisor of Porter Township that takes office on or after
January 1, 2012, shall receive compensation for attending duly advertised
general or special public meetings of the Board of Supervisors at
the rate of $100 for each meeting attended by such supervisor, but
in no event shall any Supervisor receive annual compensation under
this article in excess of the statutory limits set forth in 53 P.S.
§ 65606 for supervisors of townships within the appropriate
population category.
Such compensation shall be paid either monthly or quarterly
as determined by the Supervisors from time to time.
This article shall be effective January 1, 2012.
