It shall be unlawful within the Town for any person to park or place, or allow to be parked or placed, any trailer, mobile home or similar type vehicle or dwelling on any street or other place in Town, except that one trailer may be parked or stored in an improved enclosed garage or accessory building or on any lot or plot of land, provided that no living quarters shall be maintained or any business practiced while such trailer is so parked or stored.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed so as to prevent or prohibit the trailer, mobile home or similar type vehicle or dwelling being temporarily parked on a Town street if permitted by the provisions of this chapter or by permission of the Town Council.
Any action toward the removal of wheels or similar transporting devices from any trailer, except for temporary purposes of repair, or toward otherwise permanently attaching such trailer or mobile home to the ground, shall be prohibited.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined as for a Class 3 misdemeanor.
