(a)
It shall
be unlawful to possess glass beverage containers within any city park
in the City of Gonzales, except in concession buildings.
(b)
The following
types of glass containers are permitted within the city parks:
(1)
Glass-lined
vacuum bottles and glass-lined picnic beverage coolers;
(2)
Baby
bottles or baby food jars containing products for consumption by a
baby;
(3)
Glass
bottles containing over the counter or prescribed drugs;
(4)
Glass
containers made for the containment and serving of food; and
(5)
Any
other such similar glass containers as listed above.
(c)
Any person
violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor.
