There shall be a department of city government to be known as
the department of parks and recreation. The department shall be under
the supervision of the director of parks and recreation, who shall
be appointed by the city manager and shall be responsible to the city
manager in the conduct and affairs of the department.

The director, park attendants designated by the director, and
police department, shall, in connection with their duties imposed
by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this article.

from the park any person acting in violation of this article.
