The city agrees to pay the reward set out in this section in
accordance with the terms of the offer stated in the following arson
reward notice; such arson reward offer shall be posted as required
by the state board of insurance and shall read as follows:

“ARSON REWARD

The City of Gonzales, Texas, hereby offers a reward of TWO HUNDRED
AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) for the arrest and conviction of any person
or persons found guilty of committing the crime of ARSON within the
corporate limits of said City of Gonzales, Texas. This reward is a
standing offer, and shall be paid out of the general funds of the
City of Gonzales, Texas.”
