For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases have the meanings as follows:
Includes all decayable wastes, including vegetable, animal and fish offal and carcasses of such animals and fish.
Includes all worn-out, discarded materials in general, including, but not limited to, odds and ends, old iron or other metal, glass, paper, cordage or other waste or discarded materials.
Includes garbage, rubbish, and other decayable and nondecayable waste, whether solids or liquids, including vegetable, animal and fish carcasses.
Includes all nondecayable wastes, except ashes, from all public and private establishments and from all residences.
The entire width between property easement or right-of-way lines of any road, street, way, thoroughfare, bridge, or public park in the town, not privately owned or controlled.
