Editor’s note–Former chapter pertaining to fencing, walls and screening requirements, was repealed and deleted in its entirety by Ordinance 760-23 adopted 11/21/2023. Prior to the deletion, this chapter derived from the following: Ordinance 361-05 adopted 3/22/05; Ordinance 504-10, sec. 2, adopted 9/21/10; and Ordinance 667-19 adopted 9/17/19. These provisions can now be found in Town Code article 3.10.
