Article I Elected Tax Collector as Delinquent Tax Collector

§ 34-1 Delinquent Tax Collector appointed.

Penn Forest Township appoints the elected Tax Collector as a delinquent Tax Collector.

§ 34-2 Powers and duties of delinquent Tax Collector.

The delinquent Tax Collector so appointed shall have the same powers, rights, privileges, duties and obligations as set forth in 24 P.S. § 6-686 of the Public School Code of 1949.
