The city shall pay each person summoned as a juror by municipal
court six dollars ($6.00) for each day or fraction of each day served.

(a)
A fee as set forth in section A12.02.002 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code shall be assessed by the municipal court for the issuance and service of any warrant of arrest for an offense under section 38.10 of the Texas Penal Code (failure to appear) or section 543.009 of the Texas Transportation Code (violation of promise to appear). The fee shall be collected by the municipal court regardless of the disposition of the original charge on which the person was cited or arrested.
(b)
Any and all funds collected by the municipal court pursuant to this
section shall be paid into the municipal treasury for the use and
benefit of the city.
