The fire district for the city shall be composed of the following:
Fire District I. Beginning at the intersection
of the north boundary line of Lee Street and the northwest right-of-way
line of the St. Louis Southwestern Railroad; thence northeasterly
six hundred seventeen feet (617') along the northwest right-of-way
line of the St. Louis Southwestern Railroad to a point; thence west
along a line parallel to and two hundred sixteen feet (216') north
of the north boundary line of Jordan Street; thence west along a line
parallel to and two hundred sixteen feet (216') north of the north
boundary line of Jordan Street to the west boundary line of Johnson
Street; thence north along the west boundary line of Johnson Street;
thence west along the south boundary line of Henry Street to the west
boundary line of Wesley Street; thence south along the west boundary
line of Wesley Street to the south boundary line of Blades Street;
thence west along the south boundary line of Blades Street to the
west boundary line of King Street; thence north along the west boundary
line of King Street to the south boundary line of Henry Street; thence
west along the south boundary line of Henry Street to the west boundary
line of the M.K. & T. Railroad to the south boundary line of Pickett
Street; thence east along the south boundary line of Bois d’Arc
Street to the north boundary line of Lee Street; thence east along
the north boundary line of Lee Street to the place of beginning.

A fee as provided in section A22.01.002 of the fee schedule in appendix A to this code may be charged for reinspections which result from a failure on the part of a contractor to be ready when a building inspector arrives for an initial inspection. A reinspection fee may be charged when, during an initial inspection, the inspector finds that the work to be inspected does not meet code or that some other avoidable circumstance exists which prevents the building inspector from performing a required inspection or when a red tag is given.
