The Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction Manual
as published by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, as
amended, containing certain deletions and amendments, shall be the
specifications used in connection with future public works, water
utilities, and private development projects for the city; except where
superseded by the City of Greenville Standard Drawings for Public
Works Construction, in which case the City of Greenville Standard
Drawings for Public Works Construction shall apply.

of the director of public works.

The amendments and deletions to the Standard Specifications
for Public Works Construction Manual are as follows:

Any future editions of the Standard Specifications for Public
Works Construction Manual adopted by the North Central Texas Council
of Governments shall be in full force and effect and applied to the
Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction Manual of the
city.

Any addendums adopted by the North Central Texas Council of
Governments shall be adopted by the city, upon the effective date
of said future addendums and after official notice thereof has been
given the city concerning their existence.

The city secretary and the director of public works shall be
and are hereby directed to place a conformed copy of the Standard
Specifications for Public Works Construction Manual in permanent files
for public inspection.
