The permit holder shall pay a fee for each false alarm notification
received during the permit period according to the following:
(1) Burglar and/or fire alarm service fees.

(2) Late fees.
Late fees in the amount of $25.00 shall be
added when false alarm fees have not been paid by the last day of
the month of issuance.
(3) Inactive, revoked, or suspended fees.
A fee shall be
assessed in the amount of $30.00 to reinstate an inactive, revoked,
or suspended alarm permit, in addition to the annual nonrefundable
fee pursuant to section A6.06.051 if the alarm permit has expired.
(4) False alarm notifications that are received during bona fide electric
power failures shall not be considered a false alarm notification
for purposes hereof.
Annual nonrefundable fee to be paid by an applicant prior to
the issuance of a permit shall be $30.00 for residential locations
and $50.00 for commercial locations.
