A collection fee in the amount of thirty percent (30%) may be
assessed on each municipal court case more than 60 days past due that
is referred to a collection agency.

A fee of $10.00 will be charged by the city police department
for background checks requested by individuals or businesses. The
department may retain all records of background checks.
