(a) 
Rates for any tap or connection with or to the sanitary sewer system of the city or to establish or maintain any sanitary sewer pipeline service in connection with such sanitary sewer system:

Any tap required over 4" requires a manhole to be installed by a private contractor and will be inspected by the city.
(b) 
Additional charge for all sanitary sewer service connections installed and maintained outside the corporate limits of the city by the sanitary sewer department: $300.00.

(b) 
All customers.
(1) 
Residential customer.
Defined as a single-family living unit where one meter serves one single-family household unit.
(A) 
Inside city limits.
(i) 
Customer charge (minimum): $21.25 per month up to 2,000 gallons.
(ii) 
Consumption charge: $8.28 per 1,000 gallons based on winter average. Winter average is defined as the average of the three (3) lowest months of water consumption from the preceding four-month period of December, January, February and March.
(B) 
Outside city limits.
(i) 
Customer charge (minimum): $33.38 per month up to 2,000 gallons.
(ii) 
Consumption charge: $9.51 per 1,000 gallons based on winter average. Winter average is defined as the average of the three (3) lowest months of water consumption from the preceding four-month period of December, January, February and March.
(2) 
Commercial customer.
(A) 
Inside city limits.
(i) 
Customer charge (minimum): $21.25 per month up to 2,000 gallons.
(ii) 
Consumption charge: $8.28 per 1,000 gallons.
(B) 
Outside city limits.
(i) 
Customer charge (minimum): $33.38 per month up to 2,000 gallons.
(ii) 
Consumption charge: $9.51 per 1,000 gallons.
(3) 
Multifamily.
This rate structure shall be applicable to each home, homes, duplex, triplex, quadplex, trailer park, apartment complex, or any other use where more than one user is tied on the same meter
(A) 
Inside city limits.
(i) 
Customer charge (minimum): $21.25 a month for up to 2,000 gallons per living unit, space, office, or business unit.

Consumption charge: $7.06 per 1,000 gallons based on winter average. Winter average is defined as the average of the three (3) lowest months of water consumption from the preceding four-month period of December, January, February and March.

(2) 
Industrial users (inside)
(A) 
User charge for any industry providing for the measurement of the wastewater discharge from said industry in accordance with the requirements of the current industrial waste ordinance of the city: $8.28 per one thousand (1,000) gallons in lieu of the billed water through the potable water metering service.
(3) 
Industrial users (inside [outside]).
(A) 
User charge for any industry providing for the measurement of the wastewater discharge from said industry in accordance with the requirements of the current industrial waste ordinance of the city: $9.51 per one thousand (1,000) gallons in lieu of the billed water through the potable water metering service.
