Permit and inspection fee which shall be paid to said city at
the time the application is filed: $25.00.

(a) Fee for wastewater contribution permit: $50.00.
(b) Fee for temporary discharge permit: $50.00.
(c) Fee for grease traps, separators, interceptors and holding tanks
permit: $50.00.

(a) The liquid waste transporter permit application fee shall be one
hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
(b) Liquid waste transporters shall be charged a user fee $12.50 per
load plus $6.00 per hundred gallons of tank capacity for all waste
categories except that chemical toilet waste transporters shall be
charged a user fee of $12.50 per load plus $8.00 per hundred gallons
of tank capacity.
(c) Liquid waste transporters failing to make payment of the fees imposed
under this section will be assessed a late fee in the amount of 10%
of the total user fee.
(d) Liquid waste transporters, with approval in advance, shall be charged
a convenience fee of $50.00 for discharging waste at times of day
outside of the posted operating schedule.
