Editor’s note–Former section 1.02.002 pertaining
to polling places and deriving from Ordinance 75-02-04-A, sec. 1,
adopted 2/4/75, was repealed and deleted in its entirety by Ordinance
2018-03-19-02 adopted 3/19/18.
An election precinct for municipal elections is hereby established
for the city, the boundaries of said election precinct being the same
as the boundaries of the city.
