(a)
Prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any person (the word “person” to apply to corporations, partnerships, associations, and firms and companies as well as individuals) to place or maintain a toilet or any structure or device designed for use as or used for a toilet in or upon any street or street right-of-way of the city.
(b)
Penalty.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section, or who shall fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars, and each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
