(a)
This division regulates the construction
of temporary or permanent driveways, parking areas and parking aprons
affording access by vehicles to properties abutting any public or
private street in the city.
(b)
Driveway and parking requirements
and specifications for temporary or permanent driveways, parking areas
and parking aprons affording access by vehicles to properties abutting
any public or private street in the city can be found in the City
of Lakeway Design Manual. The City of Lakeway Design Manual shall
be made available on the city website. Amendments to the design manual
shall be submitted to the city manager for approval. The city manager
may elect to present any amendments to city council for approval at
his or her discretion.
