General impound fee:
(1) 
First offense: $50.00 per day.
(2) 
Repeat offense: $100.00 per day.
(b) 
Impound fee without traceable identification: General impound fee + $50.00 flat fee.
(c) 
Kennel operators permit fee: $250.00 per year.
(d) 
Breeders permit fee: $250.00 per year.
(e) 
Commercial sales permit fee: $250.00 per year.
*All fees/medical costs incurred must be paid in full by the owner before animal release.
