(a)
Adoption.
The water conservation plan attached to Ordinance 6-6-93-4, on file in the office of the city, is to be implemented on August 1, 1993.
(b)
Violations; penalty.
Any violation of the mandatory drought contingency restrictions contained in the plan may cause the termination of water service to the person responsible for the violation. In addition, any person found guilty of such violation shall be subject to a fine in accordance with the general penalty provided in section 1.01.009 of this code for such violation. Each day of such violation shall be considered a separate offense.
