The department of state health services, division for regulatory services, environmental and consumer safety section, policy, standards, and quality assurance unit, public sanitation and retail food safety group 2015 edition of the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER), 25 TAC chapter 228, are hereby adopted by the city. Penalties, conditions and terms of the said TFER are hereby adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section.
