A.
Individuals. No license provided for by this Chapter shall be issued
to any individual except in conformity with the following:
1.
Such individual is actively engaged in the actual control and
management of the alcoholic beverage establishment for which a license
is sought; and
2.
Such individual is twenty-one (21) years of age or over, and
a resident of the State of Missouri for one (1) year; and
3.
Such person is of good moral character, is qualified to hold
an alcoholic beverage license in the State of Missouri and that such
person has never been the holder of an alcoholic beverage license
or permit which has been revoked by the City or the State of Missouri.
B.
Partnerships. No license provided for in this Chapter shall be issued
to any partnership unless all members of the partnership are persons
who would be eligible for licenses as individuals under the provisions
of this Chapter, and no such license shall be issued to any partnership,
any partner of which has been the holder of a license or permit which
has been revoked by the City or the State of Missouri.
C.
Corporations. No license provided for in this Chapter shall be issued
to any corporation except in conformity with the following:
