The following street is hereby designated
a one-way street:
4th Street: One-way west traffic between
Walker Street and Highway 95.

One-way alleys.
The following alleys are hereby designated
one-way alleys:
(1)
Alley between Whitehead Street and Wilkes Street:
One-way
south traffic, one (1) block only, from 8th Street north to the north
boundary of Lots 1 and 6, Block 92, Byme Addition of the city.
(2)
Alley between Main Street and Ramona Street:
One-way
north traffic, one (1) block only, from 3rd Street to 4th Street.
(3)
Alley between Main Street and Olive Street:
One-way
north traffic, one (1) block only, from Loop 230 to 4th Street.

The following named street and the designated portions thereof
shall be controlled by “No U-Turn” signs:
Main Street: The intersections of Main
Street and Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Streets shall be
