(a) Membership
dues: $95.00 per month.
(b) The
following membership discounts are available:
(1) 10% discount on membership dues if active or retired military personnel
or if person is over 65 years of age;
(2) 10% discount on membership dues for members paying one year of dues
in advance, provided no other discount is applicable. If any other
discount on the membership dues is applicable, an additional 5% discount
is available for members paying one year of dues in advance.
(c) Cart
shed rental (includes utilities):
(1) Member: $10.00 per month.
(2) Nonmember: $20.00 per month.
(d) Cart
trail fee:
(1) Member: $150.00 per year per cart.
(2) Nonmember: $300.00 per year per cart.
(e) Green
fees:
(1) Weekday (Monday–Friday): $20.00 for all day.
(2) Weekend (Saturday–Sunday): $25.00 for all day.
(3) Golf scramble fee: $5.00 per member or $10.00 per nonmember.

(B) Over 18 holes: $7.50 each additional 9 holes.

It shall be unlawful for any person to play golf at the city’s
municipal golf course without paying the above applicable fees and
dues.

There is hereby created in and for the city a board which shall
be known as the municipal golf board of the city.

The municipal golf board shall elect one (1) of its members
president, one (1) vice-president and one (1) secretary. The officers
shall hold office for one (1) year and until their successors are
elected and qualified.

Removal by city council. The members of the board shall be subject
to removal from office by the city council at any time at the will
of the city council, no matter whether with or without cause.

Any vacancy in the membership of the municipal golf board shall
be filled by the city council for the unexpired term of the member
whose place has become vacant.

The municipal golf board shall meet as deemed necessary and
shall establish rules and regulations for its government and for the
performance of its duties.

It shall be the duty of the municipal golf course board to make
such recommendations to the city council as they may deem advisable,
for the improvement and betterment of the municipal golf course and
community improvement.
