The monthly rates required and which shall be charged and collected by the City of Summersville, Missouri, for water services furnished by the City of Summersville, Missouri, shall be as follows:
First one thousand (1,000) gallons or less — $14.41 minimum;
All water over one thousand (1,000) gallons — $2.83 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.

A. 
The monthly rates required and which shall be charged and collected by the City of Summersville, Missouri, for sewerage services furnished by the City of Summersville, Missouri, shall be based upon the total water usages of the individual customer according to the following rates:
First one thousand (1,000) gallons/month water usage — $18.84 minimum;
All water usage over one thousand (1,000) gallons/month — $6.32 per one thousand (1,000) gallons.
