(a) It
shall be unlawful for any person to keep livestock, fowl or rabbits
on premises under his control without providing adequate fences, cages,
or barriers that will prevent such livestock or fowl from escaping
and from damaging shrubbery or other property situated on adjacent
property.
(b) It
shall be unlawful to keep livestock in an area where there is less
than one-half acre per head of livestock so kept. It shall be unlawful
to keep fowl or rabbits in an enclosure where there is less than ten
(10) square feet per bird or rabbit so kept.
(c) Feed
and water troughs maintained for livestock shall be free from projections
by which livestock could be injured.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or allow any type
of livestock upon any public school grounds, public park, public property
or municipal grounds within the city except those designated riding
or exhibiting areas for animals. On streets, horses shall be ridden
as close as possible to the curb and in no event shall horses be allowed
on sidewalks downtown. It shall be unlawful for anyone to ride, or
allow any type of livestock upon the property of another within the
city except with expressed consent of the owner or person in charge
of such property is obtained prior thereto.
